WTWT uses operational tools to estimate environmental impacts and can provide supporting project data where available. Environmental calculations should be treated as estimates unless independently verified.

Agree on the reporting fields before collection
Identify the records you need to reconcile your retired equipment: serial numbers, asset tags, quantities, manufacturer, model and final disposition fields. The required level of tracking should be part of the project scope so that receiving and reporting follow the same requirements.
Keep inventory and processing evidence connected
Discuss how pickup records, equipment identifiers and downstream documentation will be linked. Data-handling evidence and any destruction or sanitization records depend on the agreed processing path. Ask which documents are available before approving the project.
